Tai Chi is a soft internal martial art, and originates from China. 
Our Yang style has a chen influence and is beneficial for people
of all ages and fitness levels,as all movements are performend  in
a slow, controlled manner.























 Below Sensei goes through the Tai Chi Form we train, which is the 

Long Form - Yang Style. Some of our classes are on the Beach
which benefits the training - connection with a Natural environment
is a great way to train Tai chi.
